Porque ninguna nación se ha librado de los peligros y desastres que pueden causar estas grandes avenidas. El conocer las causas o la manera como se comportan comúnmente tales avenidas es primordial para poder prevenir estos desastres. Las protecciones, sean hechas estas de tierra, piedra, hormigón o cualquier otra mini o superestructura necesitan de los datos hidrológicos e hidráulicos para proceder al diseño de tales estructuras…….es_ES
