The constitutional framework establishes the Social Security, as a universal as well as its law of application however this right is limited in determining a quantity of contributions to the members of the Social Security, reason why this causes a series of familiar inconveniences, Economic, social and more than all legal aspects; In this research field techniques were used where it is demonstrated that through the instruments used and the various approaches the feasibility of the proposed topic…..es_ES
dc.description.abstractEste tema de investigación es acerca de: “LA REFORMA DEL ARTÍCULO 107 DE LA LEY DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL POSIBILITARÍA AL AFILIADO ACCEDER A LA CONTINGENCIA POR MATERNIDAD” situación que debe regularse ya que hoy en día están siendo vulnerados los derechos de las trabajadoras y empleadas públicas, en razón de que al no cumplir con las doce aportaciones no pueden acceder a la contingencia por maternidad, lo cual, para nuestro criterio no debería serlo. El marco constitucional instituye a la Seguridad Social, como universal así como también su ley de aplicación sin embargo este derecho se ve limitado al determinar una cantidad de aportaciones a los afiliados de la Seguridad Social, por lo que esto ocasiona una serie de inconvenientes familiares, económicos, sociales y más que todo el aspecto legal; En esta investigación se utilizaron técnicas de campo en donde se demuestra que a través de los instrumentos empleados y de los diversos enfoques la factibilidad del tema propuesto……..es_ES
