dc.descriptionEcuador has athletes that develop Olympic activities, but their achievements have been scarce, due to the difference of training conditions that foreign athletes possess. The success of the athlete depends very much on his preparation over an estimated time that makes him an optimum athlete who reaps triumphs. Because of this, other athletes are forced to receive special interventions that enable them to make their performance efficient. The progress of the sport from its beginnings to today has led the human being to seek techniques and spaces where they can significantly improve the physical and mental performance of athletes. Many studies have shown that developing physical activities in an area of considerable elevation or above sea level leads to a formidable improvement in the performance of the athlete who has not been subjected to that altitude change or who resides in places where minors meters above sea level……..es_ES
