dc.descriptionThe project of the terrestrial Terminal of the canton Baba arises due to the necessity of urban equipment for the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, helping to solve part of the problem of disorganization of the transit that exists between the inter-cantonal transportation and Inter-provincial that currently affects mobility in the urban center. The terminal will be located along the bypass that links Baba-Salitre on a land of 30 Ha where we have integrated 4 zones: operations and shipments, parking and whereabouts, services and maintenance, public and recreation; Yielding 30% of the total area that will be destined for green areas and future enlargement of the terminal………es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de la Terminal Terrestre del Cantón Baba surge por la necesidad de equipamiento urbano para el embarque y desembarque de pasajeros, ayudando a solucionar parte del problema de desorganización del tránsito que existe entre la transportación inter-cantonal e inter-provincial que en la actualidad afecta a la movilidad en el centro urbano. Con esta problemática se establece la creación de un espacio que brinde seguridad, confort y orden a los usuarios de transporte provincial y urbano, el diseño se direcciona a reducir el problema de movilidad que vive la trama céntrica, por lo que se establecieron parámetros de investigación para que su ubicación y función vaya relacionado a la cultura del sitio……..es_ES
