dc.description.abstractA partir del año 2008, nuestro País acogió una nueva Norma Constitucional, donde garantizan derechos al debido proceso, a la igualdad de condiciones y sobre todo garantiza el derecho a la legítima defensa en todas las etapas del Proceso. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad poder demostrar que con el nuevo sistema Procesal y con el Código Orgánico General de Procesos, que entró en vigencia el 23 de mayo del año 2016, se ha reformado el espíritu de las excepciones previas conforme estaba establecido en el ya derogado Código de Procedimiento Civil, existiendo un retroceso de derechos fundamentales dentro de un juicio……es_ES
