| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se basa en la idea de que el derecho a la identidad desarrollado dentro en un Estado de derecho, conlleva al derecho a elegir libremente nuestro nombre y apellido, por lo cual luego de revisar las cuestiones inherentes al mismo, dentro de nuestro país, se considera necesario que deba poder elegirse posterior a la inscripción en el Registro Civil los apellidos con los cuales deseamos contar. El derecho a la identidad debe ser reconocido plenamente y como las situaciones son cambiantes es necesario que bajo causas justificadas se pueda permitir el cambio o la supresión, todo esto se apoya en diferentes encuestas y entrevistas a conocedores de este tema que nos van ayudar a definir que es el derecho a la identidad y como debería ser normado dentro de nuestro país para poder considerar que efectivamente se respeta o se cumple este derecho…. | es_ES |
