| dc.description | Through time, mediation is getting importance for the solution of conflicts. In fact, many of the world legislations place it, not only as an alternative method, but as a mandatory method to which citizens must resort prior to the beginning of a judicial process. It is logical, since, by solving a conflict extra judicially, the administration of justice does not collapse, due to the fact that procedures are stated but not promoted and time is lost in courts. Because of that, it is necessary to establish what mediation, including its history and concepts is. In that order, it is relevant to recognize and study the conflict, what its stages are and why it originates. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La mediación con el paso del tiempo está llegando a tener gran importancia para la solución de conflictos, es así, que muchas de las legislaciones a nivel mundial la colocan como un método obligatorio al cual deben recurrir los ciudadanos previo al inicio de un proceso judicial. Al solucionar un conflicto extrajudicialmente, se logra que la administración de justicia no colapse, primordialmente por trámites que jamás son impulsados y hacen perder tiempo a los verdaderamente importantes que deben llevarse por la vía judicial. Por esta razón se busca establecer qué es la mediación, incluyendo un análisis de su antecedente histórico y concepto; así como realizar un estudio del conflicto, sus etapas y razones por las que se origina. | es_ES |
