dc.descriptionThis research was carried out with the objective of developing a strategic plan for the improvement of the administrative management of the Katherine Thalía Piladora of the El Laurel parish of the Daule canton. The methodology to be used was descriptive, qualitative and quantitative, in the field, with the use of a survey of farmers and staff, where the growth of the market was observed as the main opportunity because the population that consumes rice grows daily, although there is business disorganization, workers are not stable and Piladora paralyzes its activities in times where there is no harvest. But there is the possibility of capturing a larger portion of the market, if rice is transported in husks, it is stored and a greater amount of rice is poured to the farmers……es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de elaborar un plan estratégico para la mejora de la gestión administrativa de la Piladora Katherine Thalía de la parroquia El Laurel del cantón Daule. La metodología a emplear fue de tipo descriptiva, cualitativa y cuantitativa, de campo, con utilización de encuesta a agricultores y personal de entidad, en donde se pudo observar como principal oportunidad el crecimiento del mercado debido a que la población que consume arroz, crece diariamente, a pesar que existe desorganización empresarial, los trabajadores no son estables y la Piladora paraliza sus actividades en los tiempos donde no hay cosecha. Pero existe la posibilidad de captar una mayor porción de mercado, si se transporte arroz en cáscara, se almacena y se pile una mayor cantidad de arroz a los agricultores.es_ES
