dc.descriptionThe study raised the need for a regulation to regulate surrogacy processes in the Ecuadorian State, which allows guaranteeing children conceived through this means, as well as for parents who need to contract this type of maternity, from the moment of conception, birth and subsequent family bonding. The methodology to carry out the study is of a mixed type in which qualitative and quantitative methods were combined, under descriptive, analytical and synthetic levels. A documentary investigation was carried out in which some studies and cases about other countries dealing with surrogacy were analyzed, interviews were applied to two experts, and 375 surveys were conducted with independent lawyers in Guayaquil………..es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl estudio se planteó la necesidad de una normativa para regular los procesos de maternidad subrogada en el Estado ecuatoriano, que permita dar garantía a los niños concebidos a través de esta vía, como para los padres que requieren contratar este tipo de maternidad, desde el instante de la concepción nacimiento y posterior vinculación familiar. La metodología para llevar a cabo el estudio es de tipo mixta en la que se combinaron métodos cualitativos como cuantitativos, bajo el nivel descriptivo, analítico y sintético. Se hizo una investigación documental en la que se analizaron algunos estudios y casos sobre otros países que tratan la maternidad subrogada, se aplicaron entrevistas a dos expertos, y 375 encuestas a abogados independientes de Guayaquil……..es_ES
