dc.descriptionIn Ecuador, traffic accidents are the main cause of death, which is why it became a priority for the State to take actions to prevent new accidents, it should be mentioned that these accidents are not only caused by negligence, recklessness or inoperation on the part of the drivers, but also due to the lack of maintenance that the roads exist or due to the scarce audit culture. One of the roads with the highest accident rate is the Patricia Pilar road, which does not have the necessary conditions to meet the high demand for vehicles and which, despite the aforementioned events, has not been subjected to reconditioning, which is why it was establishes that the general objective of the investigation is "Design the plan to improve the Road Safety Management System in rural areas Patricia Pilar, aligned with a road safety audit (ASV)"...........es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el Ecuador, los siniestros de transito son la principal causa de muerte, motivo por el cual, se convirtió en prioridad para el Estado, tomar acciones para prevenir nuevos accidentes, cabe mencionar que estos accidentes no solo se dan por negligencia, imprudencia o inoperancia por parte de los conductores, sino también por la falta de mantenimiento que existen las vías. Una de las carreteras con mayor nivel de siniestralidad es la vía Patricia Pilar, la cual, no cuenta con las condiciones necesarias para atender la alta demanda de vehículos y que a pesar de los sucesos antes mencionados no ha sido sometida a reacondicionamiento motivo por el cual se estableció que el objetivo general de la investigación es “Diseñar el plan de mejora del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad vial en la zona rural Patricia Pilar, alineado a una auditoria en seguridad vial (ASV)”………….es_ES
