dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es una respuesta al fenómeno del bullying que afecta las relaciones interpersonales en las instituciones educativas y produce un impacto negativo en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes sin que los educadores hayan podido tomar acciones suficientes o acertadas para evitar o mitigar esta situación. El trabajo investigativo permitió reconocer que los docentes no están capacitados para enfrentar el acoso escolar en los planteles.
