dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to analyze the doctrinal and legal arguments regarding the exercise of the right to freedom of worship as a factor of labor discrimination, focusing on compulsory rest days. As part of the methodology, the synthetic analytical method was used, involving the decomposition of a topic or problem in all its parts; The type of research was documentary and field, considering the interview of 3 lawyers and 2 judges, as well as the survey of 172 people who live in the Roca de Guayaquil parish and work in a dependency relationship. As a result of the investigation, it was obtained that more than 80% of the workers are Catholic and that they dedicate time and space to services and festivities……….es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los argumentos doctrinales y jurídicos respecto al ejercicio del derecho a la libertad de culto como factor de discriminación laboral, centrándose en los días de descanso obligatorio. Como parte de la metodología se empleó el método analítico sintético, involucrando la descomposición de un tema o problema en todas sus partes; el tipo de investigación fue el documental y el de campo considerando a la entrevista de 3 abogados y 2 jueces, así como también la encuesta a 172 personas que habitan en la parroquia Roca de Guayaquil y laboran en relación de dependencia. Como resultados de la investigación se obtuvo que más del 80% de los trabajadores son católicos y que dedican tiempo y espacio a los cultos y festividades……es_ES
