dc.descriptionThe objective of the research project is the analysis of construction processes in an urbanization with the purpose of proposing the realization of a Vademécum, which compiles efficient and effective procedures of construction activities based on current construction regulations and the work experience of engineers, architects and construction managers. The study project is located in the Samborondón canton of the La Puntilla Satellite Parish - Mocolí Island, which has an area of 10.30 hectares in the South West Point of the Island, through data collection we were able to observe the possibility of improvements in the application of more agile construction procedures and optimizing resources allowing to increase the profitability of the project under study and used as a guiding instrument for professionals in training and professionals from other branches of engineering and students.....es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo el análisis de procesos constructivos en una urbanización con la finalidad de proponer la realización de un vademécum, el cual recopile procedimientos eficientes y eficaces de las actividades constructivas basándonos en la normativa de construcción vigente y la experiencia laboral de ingenieros, arquitectos y directores de obra. El proyecto de estudio se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Samborondón de la Parroquia Satélite La Puntilla – Isla Mocolí, mismo que cuenta con una superficie de 10.30 hectáreas en la Punta Sur Oeste de la Isla, mediante la recopilación de datos pudimos observar la posibilidad de mejoras en la aplicación de procedimientos constructivos más ágiles y optimizando recursos permitiendo aumentar la rentabilidad del proyecto en estudio y se use como instrumento guía para profesionales en formación y profesionales de otras ramas de la ingeniería y estudiantes.........es_ES
