| dc.description | In the following work, inequality and how it sometimes causes situations of harassment that women have to face in the area of communication, taking as an example the case of a digital sports program. In order to obtain information that will help the research, we start with topics about gender inequality in general and with in Ecuador, until we get to explain in more detail the difficulties faced by women in the television field. To achieve a deeper analysis of the topic, interviews and focus groups were conducted with both women and men to have different opinions and points of view, and also based on their experience, to achieve a deeper understanding of this research work. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente trabajo se da a conocer la desigualdad y como esta provoca algunas veces situaciones de acoso que tienen que enfrentan las mujeres en el área de la comunicación, teniendo como ejemplo el caso de un programa digital deportivo. Para lograr obtener información que ayude a la investigación se inicia con temas acerca de la desigualdad de género de manera general y dentro del Ecuador, hasta llegar a explicar con más detalle las dificultades que enfrentan las mujeres en el ámbito televisivo. Para lograr tener un análisis más profundo del tema, se realizaron entrevistas y grupo focal tanto a mujeres como a hombres para tener diferentes opiniones y puntos de vista, además en base a su experiencia, lograr una comprensión más profunda de este trabajo de investigación. | es_ES |
