dc.description | The study focuses on the interaction among journalists, digital media, and users on Twitter, and how this interaction can become chaotic and lead to negative, offensive, or threatening comments. The research aims to analyze the reasons behind these negative comments, including how journalists communicate with their audience, the lack of fact-checking, and the tendency to take positions against certain teams. To gather data, the interaction on the social media platform was observed, and surveys were conducted to understand users' perspectives. The study identified the contents that generated the most interaction and discontent, as well as the amount of information users consume daily. | es_ES |
| es_ES |
