| dc.description | The main objective of the current research is the creation of a land terminal in Playas Villamil, a town that lacks this infrastructure. To achieve this, an exhaustive investigation was carried out to determine the most appropriate design to implement. The main objective is to provide the local community and visitors with a welcoming and functional space that harmoniously integrates with the surrounding environment. The architectural design is based on bioclimatic principles, in order not only to generate visually attractive results, but also to guarantee the energy efficiency of the project. Furthermore, environmental sustainability and resource optimization are prioritized as integral parts of the design approach. | es_ES |

Para lograrlo, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva investigación para determinar el diseño más adecuado a implementar. El objetivo principal es proporcionar a la comunidad local y a los visitantes un espacio acogedor y funcional que se integre armónicamente con el entorno circundante.
