| Resumen : | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia del uso de las TICS en la comunicación intra-institucional del Gobierno Provincial del Guayas. Dicho proyecto se divide en varios capítulos, de manera que el primero describe en su totalidad el problema a investigar. En el segundo capítulo se mencionan los antecedentes de la investigación y la fundamentación teórica de las TIC y la comunicación empresarial. El tercer capítulo se exponen los métodos a utilizar que fueron el deductivo, descriptivo y estadístico; población y muestra; las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos obtenidos mediante encuestas; finalmente para la presentación de los resultados se utilizaron tablas y gráficos estadísticos…... |
| Descripción : | The project must as objective determine the incidence of the use of the TICS in the intra-institutional communication of the Provincial Government of the Guayas. This project is divided in several chapters, so that first it describes in his totality the problem to investigate. The second chapter the antecedents of the investigation and the theoretical fundamentación of the TIC and the enterprise communication are mentioned.
