| Resumen : | Dentro de las connotaciones existentes en materia de niñez he podido percibir el vacío legal y la discriminación que se da por la autoridad encargada de dictar una resolución en los diferentes casos de tenencia o régimen de visitas que emiten los Jueces, entonces es por ello que he planteado a través de mi proyecto de tesis una implementación de la Custodia Compartida de los menores después de la separación de los progenitores, en materia de Niñez y derecho constitucional. La problemática que he podido visualizar surge desde tiempos antiguos, pero es recién hace un par de años que empieza a obtener fuerza, dando a conocer acerca de la desigualdad y la discriminación que sufre el progenitor paterno (PADRE) al ser este excluido de convivir con su hijo y de ser reducido a un tiempo de visitas de escasas horas…. |
| Descripción : | Within the existing connotations in the matter of childhood I have been able to perceive the legal vacuum and the discrimination that is given by the authority in charge of dictating a resolution in the different cases of tenure or regime of visits issued by the Judges, that is why I have Proposed through my thesis project an implementation of the Shared Custody of the children after the separation of the parents, in the matter of Children and constitutional law. The problematic that I have been able to visualize arises from ancient times but it is only a couple of years ago that it begins to obtain force, giving to know about the inequality and the discrimination that suffers the paternal parent (FATHER) to the being excluded from living with his Son and to be reduced to a time of visits of few hours……. |
