| Resumen : | El presente trabajo realiza la sistematización de algunas experiencias teóricas, prácticas y metodológicas del autor, en el campo de la gerencia de instituciones educativas en Cuba y otros países de América Latina. Se ha tratado de acercar al contexto ecuatoriano a partir de sus vivencias profesionales, en este último año de trabajo el intercambio con docentes y estudiantes de la educación parvularia y el estudio de documentos programáticos, legales y metodológicos que regulan la educación en Ecuador, así como la Propuesta de Currículo Genérico para las carreras de educación, los que han permitido comprobar la vigencia de planteamientos de la UNESCO y trabajos teóricos relacionados con la educación del futuro de finales del siglo pasado. Desde esa mirada, se realiza un análisis de las funciones clásicas de administración llevadas a la gerencia en las instituciones educativas. |
| Descripción : | The present work carries out the systematization of some theoretical, methodological and practical experiences of the author in the field of the management of educational institutions in Cuba and other countries in Latin America. It has attempted to adapt it to the Ecuadorian context based on their professional experiences. In this recent academic year, the exchange of experiences with teachers and students of early childhood education, and the study of programmatic, legal, and methodological documents that regulate the education in Ecuador, as well as the proposal of a Generic Curriculum for the careers of Education have enabled us to prove the validity of approaches of UNESCO and the theoretical work related to the education of the future from the final years of the last century. From that point of view, an analysis of the classical functions of administration related to the management in educational institutions is carried out. |
