| Resumen : | El siguiente artículo tiene como objetivo revisar el estado del arte de la tendencia que sigue la economía colaborativa a nivel global dentro del Ecuador. Este ensayo de carácter argumentativo trata de analizar como el consumo colaborativo ha tomado impulso en los últimos años, gracias a la disrupción de plataformas digitales innovadoras que conectan a potenciales usuarios de un servicio con oferentes del mismo, revolucionando la manera tradicional de transportarse en taxi o la forma de buscar alojamiento temporal dentro de un conglomerado urbano. Se concluye que las apps que movilizan o dan alojamiento a las personas deben estar sujetas a una regulación que permitan garantizar niveles de calidad y seguridad para el usuario; un marco regulatorio que debe ser diferente al aplicado en la economía tradicional por parte del Estado a gremios de taxistas y oferentes de alojamiento temporal. |
| Descripción : | The following article aims to review the state of the art of the trend that the collaborative economy follows globally as well as within Ecuador. This essay of argumentative character tries to analyze how collaborative consumption has gained momentum in recent years, thanks to the disruption of innovative digital platforms that connect potential users of a service with suppliers of the same, revolutionizing the traditional way of transporting by taxi or the way to find temporary accommodation within an urban conglomerate. It is concluded that the apps that mobilize or give accommodation to people must be subject to a regulation that allows guarantee levels of quality and safety for the user; a regulatory framework that must be different from that applied in the traditional economy by the State to taxi drivers and temporary accommodation providers. |
