| Resumen : | En esta investigación se propone hacer un estudio los contratos de adhesión entre el consumidor financiero y los Bancos, se hace un análisis para determinar si estos contratos vulneran los derechos de los clientes financieros, observando las distintas modalidades de contratación en la Banca Privada. Se revisará en los distintos productos financieros, los diferentes modos de contratación entre el cliente financiero y la Banca Privada, además verificar si estos incumplen con el derecho a disponer de bienes y servicios de óptima calidad y a elegirlos con libertad, así como a una información precisa y no engañosa sobre su contenido y características…………. |
| Descripción : | Summary, this research proposes to study the accession contracts between the financial consumer and the Banks, conducting an analysis to determine whether these contracts infringe the rights of financial clients, observing the different modalities of contracting in Private Banking. It will be reviewed in the different financial products, the different modes of contracting between the financial client and Private Banking, as well as verifying whether these are in breach with the right to dispose estate and services of the highest quality and choose them with freedom, as well as accurate information and not misleading about their content and characteristics…………. |
