| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en las COMPETENCIAS DOCENTES PARA LA INCLUSION DE NIÑOS CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES DEL SEGUNDO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “CLAIRE BUCARAM DE AIVAS”, la misma tiene la finalidad de desarrollar nuevas y mejores competencias comunicacionales que, permitan la inclusión de niños necesidades educativas especiales. En esta investigación se evidencia que algunos docentes no se encuentran preparados y carecen de herramientas necesarias que favorezcan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Cabe resaltar que algunos niños no se sienten motivados e incluidos dentro del aula de clases, les cuesta relacionarse con sus pares y carecen de comunicación con el docente. Por tanto, el objetivo de la investigación es proveer de herramientas que permitan al docente facilitar el trabajo con niños que presenten algún tipo de necesidad. | Descripción : | This research work is focused on TEACHING COMPETENCES FOR THE INCLUSION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE SECOND YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT "CLAIRE BUCARAM DE AIVAS", it has the purpose of developing new and better competences that, carry out the inclusion of children with special educational needs. This research shows that some teachers are not prepared and lack the necessary tools that favor the teaching-learning process. It should be noted that some children do not feel motivated and included in the classroom, it is difficult for them to relate to their peers and they lack communication with the teacher. Therefore, the objective of the research is to provide tools that facilitate work with children who present some type of need.
