| Resumen : | Los sistemas bioclimáticos buscan una integración entre los aspectos arquitectónicos, ingenieriles con el entorno que rodea una edificación. La problemática que tiene el Ecuador es la carencia de criterios bioclimáticos en proyectos de vivienda de interés social, donde existe un foco de interés en atender el déficit cuantitativo que el cualitativo. Por tales motivos el presente proyecto presenta un caso práctico para implementar criterios bioclimáticos de aplicación en la ciudad de Babahoyo Provincia de Los ríos. Se desarrolló una metodología centrada en la carta bioclimática de Givoni, se estudiaron proyectos a nivel mundial para realizar una recopilación de los principales aspectos bioclimáticos. Se levantó información climatológica a partir de los anuarios disponibles y se seleccionaron las estrategias aplicables a la ciudad de Babahoyo……… |
| Descripción : | Bioclimatic systems seek an integration between architectural and engineering aspects with the environment that surrounds a building. The problem that Ecuador has is the lack of bioclimatic criteria in housing projects of social interest, where there is a focus of interest in addressing the quantitative deficit rather than the qualitative one. For these reasons, this project presents a practical case to implement bioclimatic criteria for application in the city of Babahoyo, Province of Los Ríos. A methodology focused on the Givoni bioclimatic chart was developed, worldwide projects were studied to compile a compilation of the main bioclimatic aspects.
