| Resumen : | En el presente trabajo de investigación se plantea que el futbol siempre ha sido visto como unos de los deportes más importante a nivel mundial, partiendo de este punto tomamos en consideración el futbol femenino aunque ya tiene participación en diferentes torneo no es visto como un deporte novedoso, por ello se plantea ¿Cuáles son los factores que han contribuido a la evolución y desarrollo del fútbol femenino en Ecuador?, con ello se propone el siguiente tema de investigación: Evolución y desarrollo del fútbol femenino en el Ecuador, tras su participación en el mundial 2015. Que tiene como objetivo Analizar la evolución del futbol femenino en el Ecuador tras su participación en el mundial 2015. Para poder cumplir con los objetivos propuesto se utilizó una metodología de investigación que consta de un enfoque cualitativo, un alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, con la finalidad de recoger datos mediante entrevistas como técnica para obtener la información necesaria, y para poder analizarlos, se empleó el focus group, para facilitar el análisis. Y tener una respuesta conjunta de las entrevistas realizadas. Concluyendo que el futbol femenino está teniendo mejor participación, a pesar de que aún existen ciertos paradigmas que puede deberse a creencias machistas o simplemente la falta de conocimiento de que este deporte puede llegar a ser grande, y como recomendaciones, es fomentar el apoyo, impulsar la igualdad, establecer alianza que favorezcan en el crecimiento del futbol femenino. |
| Descripción : | In this research work it is proposed that soccer has always been seen as one of the most important sports worldwide, starting from this point we take into consideration women's soccer although it has already participated in different tournaments it is not seen as a new sport, therefore it is proposed which are the factors that have contributed to the evolution and development of women's soccer in Ecuador, with this the following research topic is proposed: Evolution and development of women's soccer in Ecuador, after its participation in the 2015 World Cup. The objective is to analyze the evolution of women's soccer in Ecuador after its participation in the 2015 World Cup. In order to meet the proposed objectives, a research methodology was used that consists of a qualitative approach, an exploratory and descriptive scope, with the purpose of collecting data through interviews as a technique to obtain the necessary information, and to be able to analyze them, the focus group was used to facilitate the analysis. And to have a joint response of the interviews carried out. Concluding that women's soccer is having better participation, although there are still certain paradigms that may be due to sexist beliefs or simply lack of knowledge that this sport can become great, and as recommendations, is to encourage support, promote equality, establish alliances that favor the growth of women's soccer. |
