Descripción : In Ecuador, the implementation of English Language Learning has become part of the Standard Educational Curriculum. In some public schools there is a struggle for fulfilling the current educational standards. In Emilio Uzcategui Garcia high school there exists a low performance among students when using the English Language. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the possible causes that lead to the deficiency and the overall proficiency of the students at EUG School. For the development of this project several instruments have been applied, such as diagnostic tests, surveys, interviews, and classroom observations….
