Descripción : Speaking skill is a central part of second language learning and teaching. However, teachers continue to use traditional methods, where students just repeat or memorize dialogues. In spite of different techniques and tools used at this moment, there is not a positive intention in accomplishing a change in order to offer other options. The education system has changed because students must learn to use the technology as a new teaching element. Today´s world needs to take advantage of the new technological methods as the blending learning, which is considered as a combination face-to-face classroom with adequate use of the technology. Besides, this model is integrated with an instructional design that offer a more personalized approach to learning, it means, students have the control to organize their time, place and the way how they can learn........
